I've used several types of pre-workout in the past, most often C4. This YETI pre-workout has blown everything else out of the water. I'm on my 5th order and have no anticipation on changing anything.
I do a lot of cardio workouts and certain pre-workouts cause some crazy side effects with an elevated heart rate. Take it from someone who does a 30 minute to 1 hour cardio workout EVERY SINGLE DAY, this stuff is amazing.
I take one scoop every day before my workouts. I tell my wife that it is my liquid motivation. One scoop in 16 ounces of water in the morning, before a workout, and you will be ready to put the work in.
There are other great benefits I've noticed with this PW - No full-body tingles, no heart flutters, and my favorite: no crash. As a dad, I wake up at 5-6am every day. However, I don't work until noon and usually won't get home until 10pm or midnight. The morning scoop keeps me energized throughout the day and I never get that "crash" towards the end of my shift.
I'm training for a Colorado elk hunt and this stuff is making the workouts easy. I pair this PW with the MTN OPS Magnum protein and multi-vitamins. I've lost over 20lbs in 4 months and I have seen great muscle gain and recovery.
